Tom Cruise injured on set while filming Mission Impossible 6 stunt
A video circulating online has shown Tom missing his landing spot during a stunt.
The 55-year-old was shown leaping from a building while attached to a harness as he performed his own stunts for the film, before crashing into the wall.
But it appears it didn’t go to plan, as Tom seemed to be visibly injured as he hobbled on the rooftop.
Tom was then seen tugging on his harness to be brought back over to the over side of the set where the crew were.
It is unclear if Tom’s injury was serious, or part of the film.
Tom is known for performing all of his own stunts when filming, much to the worry of the film’s executive producer David Ellison.
He previously said that Tom had been in training for a year and was preparing to pull off his most “mind-blowing” stunt to date.
Speaking to Collider, he said: “It is going to be, I believe, the most impressive and unbelievable thing that Tom Cruise has done in a movie, and he has been working on it since right after Rogue Nation came out.
“It’s going to be mind-blowing.”
The latest film in the hit franchise is also set to star Henry Cavill, Rebecca Ferguson, Angele Bassett and Alec Baldwin.
Mission: Impossible 6 is set to hit cinemas next July.
