Strictly’s Ruth Langsford excited to ‘rub anyone’ to make hubby Eamonn Holmes jealous

STRICTLY Come Dancing has already taken a turn for the kinky.

The 15th series waltzed onto telly screens tonight and quickly descended into pure smut within the first half an hour.

This Morning hostess Ruth Langsford was the contestant to lower the tone when she made some tongue-in-cheek remarks about her hubby of seven years Eamonn Holmes.

Her outrageously funny comments began when presenter Tess Daly brought her on stage to reveal what Strictly dancing professional she’d be coupled up with.

Tess – who paid a heartfelt tribute to the late Sir Bruce Forsyth – asked: “Now you’re going to be swapping Eamonn for one of these guys.”

“Only one?” joked Ruth.

Tess continued: “How do you think Eamonn feels about being swapped by one of them?”

Ruth then dropped an X-rated bombshell: “I hope he’s horribly jealous because he doesn’t tend to get jealous, so I tend to rub up against anyone I can really.

“Make him green with envy, that’s the plan.”

Moments after, Tess announced the presenting icon would be paired up with dancing king Anton Du Beke for the duration of the series.

Upon hearing the news, the dream team ran into each other’s arms and Anton held her in the air as she straddled him.

Shocked by the unexpected turn of events that unfolded before her, Tess remarked: “I think Eamonn will be green already.

“You two are very, very frisky.”

Anton then continued Ruth’s flirtatious chat: “We’re going to have a great time.”

“I am going to work very hard though,” Ruth chipped in.

Anton finished: “I don’t care about that, we’re going to have a great time.”

Maybe it’s time to sleep with one eye open, Eamonn?

Strictly Come Dancing continues on Saturday at 7pm on BBC One.
