The Latin world champion gets them to stay young looking but it will only add to her reputation as the new Queen of Mean.
Shirley joked: “Yes, I’ve had one or two vampire facelifts. Not a bad look for 57.”
The vampire procedure involves injecting the patient’s own blood into their face to stimulate a youthful glow.

Shirley, who celebrated her birthday this week, said: “Are you going to say I’m a vampire because I will be strict?
“Listen, I will be a judge that says it as it is without fear or favour. “I’m not fearful about what people will say about me.
“But I can’t wait for Halloween week so I can come on as Cruella de Vil.”
Shirley will make her debut on tomorrow’s launch show, which includes a tribute to former host Sir Bruce Forsyth who died last month aged 89.
She revealed: “There were lots of tissues and tears.
“Bruce was a genius. Make sure you tune in. There is a surprise. You are going to see something you don’t think you are going to see.”
And Shirley has already come up with a catchphrase for the show: “Impress Shirley or you’re going home early.”
Strictly starts tomorrow on BBC One at 7pm.
