Speaking to The Sun, the Pussycat Doll singer said: “I’m looking for a wedding, my wedding. I think the heavens will sing when I get married.
“I’d like to get married one day.”
Nicole has dated the number 9th best-ranked tennis player in the world since late 2015, with the pair keeping their romance relatively low-key.
There were rumours of the singer, 39, “flirting” with last year’s winner Matt Terry as the pair shared a close bond as mentor and mentee.
However, Nicole has dismissed the idea of ever having a relationship with a contestant, despite being mildly flirtatious with some of the hopefuls.
“I don’t get involved with stuff like that,” she added. “I’m in a different zone. When I’m in work made, I’m in work mode.”
Last night, she dubbed boyband Rak-Su as “gorgina” and told handsome plasterer Sam Black that she wanted to “squeeze his cheeks”.
And in what could be considered a barbed swipe at rival Cheryl, Nicole mocked other judges that have fallen for the charms of male contestants.
“Some of Simon’s other judges on his panels get all cutesy and girly and go googly. He even says ‘What I love about you guys, is you guys don’t fall into that. You and Sharon [Osbourne] really don’t care, do you?'”
Cheryl is famously dating former X Factor star and One Direction singer Liam Payne, having had their baby Bear back in March.
But Nicole, who has had a bitter feud with Cheryl after the former Girls Aloud star slammed her in autobiography, Cheryl: My Story, said: “Whatever works,” when reminded Cheryl was dating a former contestant.
Nicole returned to our screens last night in 14th series of the X Factor, which saw Sinitta lookalike Elisangela strip off as she sang Ed Sheehan’s “Shape of You”.
The singer was also reduced to tears over 20-year-old Grace Davies’s original song Roots – but it soon emerged that Grace was far from your average hopeful, having already signed to a record label and sung with Olly Murs.
The X Factor continues tonight at 8pm on ITV.
