Reports claim the former Spice Girl filmed the lewd tape herself while Stephen Belafonte romped with an unknown woman.

In legal documents obtained by The Sun, the clip is listed as exhibit 174 as part of the couple’s ongoing divorce hearing.

The paperwork reads: “Video clip, date currently unknown (Petitioner filming sex between Respondent and female).”

Stephen Belafonte is the Respondent while Mel B is the Petitioner.

In court documents filed by the singer, Mel claims her then-husband asked her to “participate in sexual intercourse with him and random women”.

While it is not known who is engaging in a sexual intercourse with Stephen, Mel and her husband have been dogged by threesome claims before.

As well as claims the couple enjoyed bedroom romps with Lady Victoria Hervey, pop beauty Rita Ora was also allegedly asked to join them.

A source told The Sun in April: “Rita was one of Mel and Stephen’s ‘targets’.

“When they asked her back to theirs, she was surprised.

“She was there purely for work reasons, anything else was out of the question.

“So she made her excuses politely and went home.”

SPEAKING OUT: Sharon opened up about Mel B

The unnamed source added: “She told friends she knocked them back and had tried her best to avoid being in their company from then onwards.”

Daily Star Online contacted reps for both Mel B and Rita Ora for comment at the time.

Mel’s fellow X Factor pal Sharon Osbourne recently told Daily Star Online how Mel offered Stephen an out of court settlement.

“She has offered him five million dollars to just go away,” Mrs O claimed.

“He should take the money and go away, because he is quite revolting. It is sad.”

A second unnamed pal added: “If he had wanted to settle quietly out of court and move on with his life, it was easy.”
