The former Atomic Kitten star returned to Loose Women today to help celebrate its monumental 18th birthday.
Kerry was the youngest ever panellist, at 22, on the show, having 45 appearances between 2003 and 2004.
She’s now married to George Kay, though they are split up, but back then she was Mrs Brian McFadden.
“Can you imagine if I hadn’t come to Loose Women? I’d still be married!”
The duo split in 2004 but were married until 2006, and Kerry has revealed their split could be down to her job on Loose Women.
She revealed: “Every time I was on Loose Women, it was ‘my Brian this, my Brian that’.
“One time, he said, ‘I’m recording a new single with this girl called Delta Goodrem, will you come?’
“And I said, ‘No, I can’t.’ Can you imagine if I hadn’t come to Loose Women? I’d still be married!”
As she shook her fists, she shouted: “Loose Women ruined my marriage!”
It turned out she was only joking though, as she continued: “I just had a funny story to tell. If someone falls out of love with you, there’s nothing you can do.”
Brian released two songs with Delta, Almost Here and Mistakes, whom he dated between 2004 and 2011.
Kerry, now 37, admitted she’d changed a lot since her time on Loose Women, saying she was less confident.
She explained: “I am confident, I know who I am. But back then, you’re like, ‘I know it all,’ whereas the older you get, and with being a mum, you’re much more aware of the things you’re doing.”
Loose Women airs weekdays at 12.30pm on ITV.
