The mum-of-five stars in the fifth outing of the Sharknado franchise, which first shot to screens in 2013.
The straight to TV movie debuts in the UK tonight and features a number of celebrity cameos, including Good Morning Britain presenters Charlotte Hawkins and Kate Garraway, Tom Daley and Louie Spence.
But the one sure to draw in an eager audience is Katie Price, who has revealed her excitement about taking part.
Speaking behind-the-scenes, Katie said: “Hollywood movie, does that mean I’m a Hollywood star now? Oh yes, get in there!”
The film features Ian Ziering and Tara Reid as a couple who encounter tornadoes filled with sharks everywhere they go.
During Katie’s time onscreen, she helps a man who has his leg bitten off by an incoming shark.

“What a way to start in film, a Hollywood movie, to be eaten by a shark. Couldn’t ask for anything better.”
But it seemed filming got intense, as the 39-year-old joked: “I thought the hair was gonna come off, I thought the eyelashes were gonna come off. What would be left would just be a pile of silicone.”
Diver Tom Daley spoke of his doomed fate in the movie, saying: “The sharknadoes come and I get up onto the bride, I jump into the water and land in a shark’s mouth.”
He added: “I wasn’t really exactly sure what was gonna happen, other than there was gonna be sharks and tornadoes and I was gonna be eaten by a shark.”
Sharknado 5: Global Swarming airs tonight at 9.10pm on Syfy.
